Goods are supplied and services rendered in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions of sale recorded hereunder:

• Ownership of the goods remain vested in the seller and shall pass only on full payment of the purchase price subject to our standard condition of sale. Risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser immediately upon delivery.
• 15% handling fee will be charged on all goods returned, in original packaging and with original invoice.
• Taurus shall not be liable for any of the goods supplied and/or services rendered, whether patent or latent, nor shall Taurus be liable for any loss or damage to the purchaser or any third party arising from any defect in the goods supplied and/or services rendered, and the purchaser hereby indemnifies Taurus and holds it harmless against any claims so arising
